Salon Policies
There is a $40.00 fee for returned/NSF checks.
I aim to please! I am here to serve you and make your experience with me a pleasant one, and to offer you the opportunity to relax and de-stress. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service a call or email to me must be made within 3 days. If you need your hair redone, you must come in the salon with in 7 days of the service. After 7 days regular fees will apply.
Canceling/Rescheduling
Thank you for understanding that I make my living by reserving time especially for you. I make every effort to schedule enough time for each appointment so as to be on time for yours. Due to the length of most appointments, I am requiring 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This courtesy allows me to give your reserved time to another client that would like to come in. Notice less than 48 hours is subject to a service fee. Forgotten, no-show, or last minute cancellations will be charged the reserved time full service price.
